Latest news
We would like to thank those residents who attended the second engagement event on Tuesday 20th February and provided the design team with feedback, as well as those residents who submitted comments via email and the website. If you weren’t able to attend the first two engagement events, please visit our downloads section where you can find the information boards that were presented at both events, together with the summary of feedback received from residents at each event. Our project information pages also contain the details that were shared with residents at the most recent event.
Your local knowledge, thoughts and suggestions about the design and consultation process have provided valuable insight for the project team to consider. The next steps are that the project team will be working up detailed proposals for new homes and wider estate improvements. Designs will aim to respond to residents’ feedback, with a third resident engagement event to be arranged later in the Summer. The team are also aiming to run an event focusing on the multi-use games court and play spaces during the early part of the summer, with a view to engaging youth groups and young people from the estate. Further details for these events will be provided nearer the time.
Additionally, following your feedback, site surveys and impact assessments that have been undertaken to date, are now available in the downloads section to view and download. Further impact assessments and surveys will also need to be undertaken during the coming months, in order to further inform the design proposals and we will continue to update the downloads section of the website with new information when it becomes available.
If you have any questions about the development proposals or our engagement with residents, please contact developmentteam@wandsworth.gov.uk.

- Improving biodiversity and access to nature
