We have now submitted our planning application (Planning Application Reference: 2025/4170) and it is currently under review by the Local Planning Authority. The statutory consultation process has begun and has been extended due to the Christmas period giving you more time to review the application and provide comments. The consultation will run until 19th January 2026.
We will continue to keep you updated on progress through our newsletter. Our aim remains to deliver a development that meets the needs of local residents—both now and for generations to come.

We held a public exhibition to share the latest designs for the new buildings and green spaces. All entries to the art competition were displayed, and the winners were announced.
